There are 3 phases to our Sales Process.
1. The Onboarding Phase
We will collate and analyze all relevant information on your property for us to compile and present our Sales & Marketing Proposal. We will perform a no-obligation valuation of your property and provide our expert advice on expected market value. This phase concludes with a signed mandate for us to commence the Campaign Phase.
2. The Campaign Phase
We will design and implement a nationwide marketing campaign, and your property will be pedestalled in the marketplace. Your property will feature on all of our marketing platforms, including television, radio, digital media, outdoor boarding, press and direct marketing. We will handle all Buyer enquiries and facilitate viewings or virtual tours of your property. The campaign phase is geared towards soliciting the highest offer from pre-qualified buyers in the shortest space of time, via any one of our six solutions offered on our Trading Platform.
3. The Deal Phase
Following the extensive marketing campaign, we will solicit the highest signed offer from a qualified Buyer and present this to you for your consideration and acceptance. Upon deal conclusion, all documentation and deposit funds will be transferred over to your nominated Transferring Attorney, and we will support them with the transfer process
Throughout the sales process, you will receive regular updates and reports on the progress of the campaign. Your Relationship Manager will support and advise you every step of the way. The sales process is designed to secure the highest signed offer from a qualified Buyer, that is not suspensive to any onerous conditions, and that is backed up by a deposit held in Trust. You can expect a real offer from a serious Buyer at a market related price.
