The entire development is currently zoned for 5 753 housing opportunities (4 450 remaining and forming part of this offer), but density can be increased if necessary.
The Project currently includes the installation of the required bulk and link infrastructure by the Developer against offset of bulk contributions.
The Project makes provision for residential units and the related community and economic facilities.
Provision is also made for 4 school sites, church, creche and 2 business sites.
The townships were initially approved and registered as Duvhapark Extensions 3, 4, 5 and 6. These townships are being subdivided into smaller townships to facilitate development in a phased approach. The application for subdivision of Duvhapark Extension 3 has been approved by Emalahleni Local Municipality as Duvhapark Extension 7, 8, 9, 15, 16 and 17 while the subdivision of Duvhapark Extension 4 has been approved by Emalahleni Local Municipality as Duvhapark Extension 11, 12, 13 and 14.
