You can participate and buy properties through any one or all of our six sales channels, including Private Treaty For Sale properties, Live Auction Events, Virtual Studio Auctions, Online Timed Auctions, Tenders and our Virtual Data Room. Our Trading Platform requires you to register online and comply with the registration requirements specific to the sales channel and the property on offer. For example, to participate at our Live Auction Events, all Buyers are required to complete the Auction Registration Process, and pay a refundable bidding deposit of R50 000 prior to bidding on auction. We strongly advise that you perform a detailed due diligence prior to purchasing a property. Familiarize yourselves with all the property information and inspect the relevant documentation, including the Title Deed, Zoning Certificate, Building Plans, Leases, Municipal Accounts and Financial Information. Also read and understand the conditions of sale (terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement) and where applicable, the rules of auction. Ensure that your finances are in place and that you are in a financial position to pay deposits, commissions and balance guarantees.
Should your offer be accepted by the Seller, the terms and conditions of that offer come into full effect. The Seller will nominate a Transferring Attorney who will make contact with you and advise on the transfer process and information requirements.
