PEDIGREED ASSET SPECIALISTS WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE
Kirsten has over 25 years’ experience in sales and sales leadership. She began her career in recruitment, leading a team of temp consultants in Sandton. At an early age, she realized her skill in sales and leadership, her innate ability to build and foster customer relationships and her love for building and nurturing teams.
Her next 16-year career was in property in the Flexi/ Serviced arena for the global leader in that field. She worked her way up quickly in the organization and spent most for her time there as a Sales Director over various geographies from South Africa to East, West and North Africa to the Middle East. She was involved in driving sales delivery, closing deals alongside her team, hiring, performance management, business centre openings, P&L scrutiny, cost analysis and training and inductions.
Prior to working for Broll Auctions and Sales, Kirsten worked for a listed property REIT and was responsible for customer acquisition and lead generation in all sectors, but mainly the commercial sector. Kirsten believes in the value of having mentors, constant learning and is about to complete her MBA specializing in Digital Marketing (Jan 2023). The last book she read was Dare to Lead by Brene Brown and she has a beautiful 8-year-old daughter.
